Brother Hill

Brother Hill (Brett Hill) is a folk singer, songwriter, and cultural activist based in Lviv, Ukraine. Born in Dayton and with roots firmly set in the Ohio music scene, Hill is known for his dynamic voice, insightful lyricism, and inspiration from a variety of global folk music traditions.

Hill has been active in Ukraine since 2020, collaborating with Ukrainian folk artists to support a thriving grassroots cultural alliance.

His performances of original and traditional material weave together themes of nature, spirituality, human interconnection, with a recently revitalized anti-authoritarian edge.

Hill is also known for his work as frontman in Athens folk quintet Hill Spirits and Dayton rock ensemble NNTNTHRTN.
