Full-time Bartender Role  We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender with at least one year of experience to enhance our vibrant atmosphere. Responsibilities:

  • Craft and Serve Drinks: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and creativity.

Full-time SUPPORT role – A liaison between the back of house and front of house, the Support position is in charge of communicating food orders with the kitchen staff, helping bus tables, stock the bars, maintain a clean dish area, and help with setting up and tearing down the venue floor plans each night. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for supporting a dynamic bar team in a lively environment.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Bartenders and Kitchen Staff: Provide crucial support to bartenders by restocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that the bar area remains organized and fully operational. Help run food and communicate customer needs to kitchen staff.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area, including countertops, floors, and equipment, clean and sanitary throughout shifts.
  • Stock and Prep: Refill glassware, garnishes, and other essential items. Prepare and set up supplies for busy service periods and events.

Part-time GUEST SERVICES role – Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences for guests in a lively and dynamic environment? The Guest Services position is one of extreme importance to the overall flow of the building and experience for our guests. Guest Services is in charge of everything from carry-out orders, checking in guests for show, selling tickets, answering the phones/emails, and being a professional “airport director” guiding guests to and from the specific areas of our venue. In this role, you will be the face of our venue, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Address their needs, answer questions, and provide information about the venue, events, and menu offerings.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience during events and busy periods.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Ticketing and Admissions: Manage ticket sales, check-ins, and guest lists for events. Ensure that all processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Support Services: Collaborate with other departments, including bar, kitchen, and security, to address any guest needs or issues and maintain a high level of service throughout the venue.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that the guest areas, including entrances, seating, and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest services or customer service role, preferably in a music venue, restaurant, or similar high-energy environment.
