Don Henry (Grammy Winning Songwriter)
Presented by PBS's Songs at the Center
Don Henry is the songwriter’s songwriter. From his Grammy Award-winning song for Kathy Mattea, “Where’ve You Been,” to Miranda Lambert’s hit, “All Kinds of Kinds,” to his poignant tribute to Martin Luther King, “Beautiful Fool,” Don’s shows take you on an adventure of wisdom, laughter, and insight.
Don has written countless songs for the legends: Ray Charles, B.J. Thomas, Patti Page, and Conway Twitty. And he’s shared the stage with performers as diverse as Joey Ramone and Keith Urban. Among his co-writers is Natalie’s favorite Kim Richey, with whom he wrote the bittersweet ballad of their combined childhood memories, “Chapel Hill.”
Natalie’s is proud to bring Don to our stage in one of his rare Columbus appearances. This show is presented by Songs at the Center, the PBS television show based in Columbus that airs on more than 400 stations, and is sponsored by The James at Ohio State, and the McFarland Family.
Join us for one night of Don’s Grammy-winning music and his soul-gripping stories.
