Gavin Stroup

Gavin Stroup is an Americana/Folk singer songwriter from Columbus, Ohio. He takes a lot of inspiration from Noah Guthrie, Sam Burchfield, Tyler Childers, and many others. He started playing guitar at the age of six years old, and since then has learned to play the bass guitar, mandolin, banjo, piano, and drums, with aspirations to perhaps try the harmonica some day. He has been a part of several organized music groups such as The Delaware Music Academy, and The Columbus Blues Alliance, and also took part in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tennessee. He has played shows in Ohio, Pittsburgh PA, as well as many other places! He is now pursuing his dreams, playing several shows throughout the city of Columbus, playing his own originals as well as some good old classics.
