Phil and Josh Franck (of the Drowsy Lads)

Natalie’s Grandview presents Phil and Josh Franck (from the Drowsy Lads) on the Corner Stage, located on the restaurant/bar side of the venue. For this dinner performance, there will be no admission charge, but tips are greatly appreciated, and masks are required except while seated at the socially distanced tables and bar seats. Father and son Phil and Josh Franck bring to the stage a concoction of “we dare you to hold still” Irish dance tunes as well as a full emotional gamut of songs and good humor. Each of them is a multi-instrumentalist, including fiddle, button accordion, guitar, bouzouki, 5-string banjo, and bodhran. They are fond of creating their own spirited arrangements and offering occasional original compositions, even mixing in some bits of Bluegrass or Classical. But these never get in the way of their obsession with the pure old Irish tunes, songs, wit, and friendship that has defined Irish music for centuries.
