Shaun Booker Dammit Band

Shaun Booker, singer/songwriter and international recording artist, resides in Columbus, Ohio. Shaun’s original songs are influenced by her spiritual and blues roots. Inducted into The Columbus Blues Hall of Fame and known as “The Empress of Beale Street”, she is sure to draw you into the blues! Shaun was inducted into the Columbus Blues Hall of Fame. Her band won  the 2023 Columbus Blues Challenge. The Shaun Booker Dammit Band was a top 5 finalist at the 2024 International Blues Challenge.

With Guest Guitarist Bob Herrmann…Bob Herrmann has been a staple of the Cincinnati blues scene since the early ’90s, performing with bands like Blue Eldorado, Sweet Alice’s Unfinished Business (1995–1999), and II Juicy (2004–2010), with whom he twice reached the semi-finals of the International Blues Challenge in Memphis. In 2012, he founded The SoulFixers, an 8-piece Chicago blues-inspired band that released an original album, Fix It Up!

Currently, Bob leads Misterman and the Mojo Band—named from a playful take on his surname—with a mission to energize both blues fans and broader music audiences. He also hosts Kitty’s Blues on WAIF (Thursdays, 6–8 pm), one of the nation’s longest-running blues radio shows, continuing the legacy of founder Kitty Carson since her passing in 2021.

Just Another Mojo aka JAM won the 2025 Columbus Blues Challenge. These great young artists will be competing at the International Blues Challenge 2026 in Memphis, Tenn.  Joining Tyler Reed and Jackson McCargish are Isabella Gresham and Aidan Cash who graduated from the Fort Hayes High School music program.
