Sometimes the apple falls far from the tree. Even without Comhaltas, conservatories, or competitions, 3 musicians who had come to love Celtic music came together to form Fialla. All multi-instrumentalists, and one a dancer, the band has grown to be a first-class representative of Celtic music. They search for songs with the zeal of anthropologists and craft them into unique experiences that connect listeners with like hearts and minds from across the ages.

The Trad Nua Celtic Series at Natalie’s is hosted by acclaimed Irish musician Randy Clepper.  Rooted in the rich tradition of Irish and Celtic music but also with new influences, the series presents a variety of traditional acts often juxtaposing old styles with new influences, local and international artists and featuring traditional instruments.
