Natalie’s Grandview presents a live stream concert, Oh Freedom III: Songs of Hope, sponsored by Donatos, featuring the vocal talents of Debra James Tucker, Vicki Saunders, and Tia Harris along with band members Roger Hines (bass), Reggie Jackson (drums), and David Swank (keyboards). Part of the continuing series “Oh Freedom”, this program will focus on songs of hope and inspiration, as we approach the new year with renewed optimism for a better 2021. Songs will come from the rich catalog of soul, pop, and gospel classics from artists such as Aretha Franklin, the Staple Singers, and many others.
Vocalist Debra James Tucker is a product of extensive training in jazz, classical, and gospel music. Singing jazz standards, big band swing, or R & B, Tia Harris is a versatile vocalist who has now written, recorded, and produced her own songs on her most recent CD, Fly Away With Me. Vicki Saunders has a long history in musical theatre, commercial music production, print/broadcast/advertising, and live band performance.
This concert can be viewed for free from Natalie’s Facebook page or Youtube channel starting at 8 pm.
